Gerald Dugan
Gerry is the founder, owner, and President of The Broker Network. His primary duties include client acquisition, client retention, and broker relations. Gerry has 40+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry. After beginning his career and spending 10+ years studying the trade as an employee of Independence Blue Cross, Gerry went on to found several companies, including The Broker Network.
John Dugan
Upon graduating from The University of Notre Dame in 2003 with a degree in Management Information Systems, John went to work with his father at The Broker Network. While also working as the Account Executive on several long-standing clients, John's primary focus is on the development of sales presentations, RFPs, and annual renewal analyses for the clients and prospective clients of BNI. John has developed a profound knowledge of the health insurance industry and has produced a track record of successful client engagement over the past 17 years.
Mary Jane McIntyre

With 37+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, Mary Jane (aka MJ) has an in-depth knowledge of physician office and hospital inter-workings such as procedures, billing, claims adjudication, and benefit administration. In her role as Client Account Manager, MJ serves as an employee advocate when assistance is needed in order to resolve ongoing issues.

Additionally, her many years of experience dealing with Medicare makes her the ideal resource for clients and employees looking to navigate this important subject. Her focus is to first ensure that members are aware of the Medicare enrollment process. After applying, MJ is then able to research and advise on the various options available in the Individual and Group Medicare Supplement markets.

Erica Cape
Erica has been with The Broker Network since 2006 and has been setting the bar for successful client service engagement for 20+ years. She personifies and executes the primary mandate of BNI which is to build and maintain trusting relationships with our clients and to ensure that their needs are being met at all times.  

In her capacity as Client Service Supervisor, Erica oversees The Broker Network's client support staff. Additionally, as Senior Account Manager to some of BNI's largest clients, her duties range from conducting renewal meetings with company decision-makers to guiding employee open enrollment meetings.
